As owner for 23 years, Richard has the passion for hair and what it takes to make a haircut blow your mind. For a combined 36 years of experience, Richard has done it all from being a barber to opening Richard’s Men’s Hair Shop in 1999, and now with opening The Bearded Barber in 2020. Richard has also been a licensed massage therapist for over 25 years.
Expertise: Clipper Cuts, Fades, Men’s Color, Beard Trimming, Ladies Short Haircuts, etc.
Thomas Aloi

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Thomas has lived the Ft. Lauderdale area for 25 years. With 32 years of experience in the hair industry, Thomas strives for excellence and perfection in all his work. Thomas specializes in all types of haircuts such as the bald fade, modern to classic cut, color, and waxing for nose, brows and ears. Thomas looks forward to making you look your best..

British guy, London trained in all mens and women cuts and color services . Prior salon owner in New York , Savannah and Miami. Now exclusively at the bearded Barber Fridays and Saturdays
Antonio P. Martins

Originally from Brazil, Antonio lived in London for 9 years where he met his husband, then later moved to New Orleans. Antonio started calling Ft. Lauderdale his home in 2023.
Joining The Bearded Shop Team allows Antonio to use his skills as a Barber while giving him the opportunity to continue to meet some of the most wonderful people. He enjoys learning about what you like and are looking for in your next haircut, ensuring you project the image you choose.
